Being based in Torrevieja is no small detail: it means a team can be at your entrance hall, your shop or your flat within minutes, and a Saturday-morning emergency gets solved on Saturday morning. From here we cover the coastline as far as Pilar de la Horadada and San Pedro del Pinatar, and inland as far as Rojales, Ciudad Quesada, Los Montesinos and San Miguel de Salinas.
In 11 years of work in the region we have learned exactly how cleaning works here: the salt the breeze leaves on the glass, the fine summer dust, and the workload spikes of holiday lets between June and September.
