Cookie policy
This website does not use advertising, social media pixels or commercial profiling. Here we tell you exactly what we do use, why, and how to accept or reject it whenever you like.
The honest summary: at onoclean.com there is no advertising, no Facebook pixel, no ad networks and no commercial profiling of any kind. We use two things: our own technical marker to remember your decision on this notice, and Google Analytics, to find out, in aggregate, which pages people visit and where they find us. Analytics does not activate until you click "Accept": if you reject it or close the notice without deciding, no measurement cookie is installed. In addition, our fonts are served from Google Fonts' servers.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in the browser of the person visiting it, which it can read again on later visits. It is used, for example, to remember preferences, keep a session open or — in the case of advertising cookies — track a user's behaviour across different sites.
Alongside cookies there are other browser storage technologies that work in a similar way, such as local storage (localStorage). The applicable regulation — Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services — treats them in the same way, which is why we also cover them in this policy.
Depending on who manages them, cookies are first-party (belonging to the site owner) or third-party. Depending on their purpose, they can be technical (necessary for the website to work), preference, analytics or advertising and profiling cookies. Technical cookies are exempt from the duty to obtain prior consent; the rest are not.
2. What this website actually uses
2.1. Our own technical storage: the cookie notice
- Owner: our own, set by Nery Ortega (domain onoclean.com).
- Name:
onoclean_consent. - Type: technical and necessary. Stored in the browser's local storage.
- Purpose: to remember whether you accepted or rejected measurement cookies, so we don't ask again on every page and so we respect your decision.
- Data it holds: only the value of your choice (accepted or rejected). It does not store your name, IP address, email address or any data that could identify you.
- Duration: 6 months from when you accept or reject. Once that period expires it lapses automatically and the notice will appear again on your next visit so you can decide again; you can also delete it sooner by clearing the site's browsing data.
- Shared with third parties: none. The information never leaves your own browser.
2.2. Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 to find out, in aggregate, how many people visit the website, which pages they are interested in, and which search engine or link they arrive from. We use this information solely to improve the site: we do not use it to target you with advertising, and we do not cross-reference it with the data you provide in the contact form.
- Owner: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4 (Ireland).
- Measurement ID:
G-BC9P7GDRFJ. - Cookies it installs:
_gaand_ga_BC9P7GDRFJ, both lasting 2 years, which assign your browser a random identifier to distinguish new visits from repeat visits. - Type: third-party analytics or measurement cookies. Not exempt from consent, so they are only installed if you click "Accept" on the cookie notice.
- Genuine prior consent: the website loads Analytics with Google's consent mode set to "denied" by default. Until you accept, the tool writes no cookies and stores no identifiers in your browser. If you reject it, it remains permanently denied.
- Anonymisation: measurement is carried out with the IP address anonymised.
- International transfers: Google may process the data on servers located outside the European Economic Area, relying on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
- More information: Google's privacy policy and how Google Analytics uses cookies.
- Additional opt-out: you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to block measurement on every site you visit.
2.3. Google Fonts typefaces
- Owner: Google Ireland Limited (domains fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com).
- Type: technical third-party service. It serves the font files used to display the text on the website.
- Purpose: solely to display the site with its typeface. No advertising or tracking cookies are installed through this service.
- Important note: because it is loaded from Google's servers, your browser connects to them and communicates your IP address, browser type and the site the request comes from, as happens with any resource served from an external domain.
- More information: Google's privacy policy.
2.4. What this website does NOT use
- Social media tracking pixels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn or others).
- Advertising, remarketing or commercial profiling cookies.
- Google advertising signals: measurement is carried out with ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization permanently denied.
- Heatmaps, session recording or A/B testing tools.
- Logged-in user session cookies: this website has no private area and no registration.
If we were to introduce any cookie other than those described in this policy in future, we would update it and ask for your prior consent.
3. How to disable or delete cookies
You can allow, block or delete cookies and local storage from your browser's settings. Bear in mind that if you block this site's technical storage, the cookie notice will appear again on every visit, but the rest of the website will keep working normally.

4. How to withdraw your consent
You can change your decision at any time, no explanation needed: click the button below this paragraph and the notice will appear again so you can choose once more. If you accept and then reject, measurement stops immediately. Your decision also expires on its own after 6 months: once that period passes, the notice will appear again automatically so you can confirm or change it.
You can also withdraw it by deleting this site's data in your browser, following the steps in the previous section: once the technical marker is removed, the cookie notice will appear again on your next visit and you can decide again. If you want to avoid any connection to Google Fonts' servers entirely, you will need to block the domains fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com using a browser extension or your browser's settings; the website will still be perfectly legible using system fonts.
