This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website onoclean.com, as well as the liabilities arising from the use of its content. This website is intended to publicise the cleaning services that OnoClean provides in Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa and the rest of the Vega Baja region, and to facilitate contact for anyone interested in requesting a quote.

Browsing this website confers the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every provision included in this legal notice, in the version in force at the time of access. Users should therefore read this text carefully every time they intend to use the website, as its content may be amended.

The setting up of a link to onoclean.com does not imply the existence of any relationship between OnoClean and the owner of the site hosting the link, nor acceptance or approval of its content or services. 10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. To resolve any disputes that may arise from access to or use of this website, the parties expressly submit, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, to the Courts of Torrevieja (Alicante) or, failing that, or where procedural rules so determine, to those of the city of Alicante.

The foregoing is without prejudice to the rights that consumer protection legislation grants to users who have the status of consumers, who may bring proceedings before the courts that legally correspond to them.
